Keep in mind that your IP may be logged for security reasons, along with the last time you logged in. This is done to prevent DDOS attacks and other malicious activity, which is a prevention measure required to make sure the service remains fully operational. We remove those login-activity logs after a certain amount of time to preserve your privacy.
Retention of data
As long as your account is open, as long as it's required to provide the services to you, or as otherwise specified in this policy, we'll keep your information on record.
Additionally, we will keep and use your information as needed to fulfill the objectives outlined in this policy as well as to the degree required to meet legal requirements, settle disputes, implement agreements, and defend Publytics's legal rights.

Legal basis of the processing
The Controller processes Personal Data relating to the User if one of the following conditions exists:

Retention period
The Data is processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.
Therefore:
- Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Controller and the User will be retained until the execution of that contract is completed.
- Personal Data collected for purposes attributable to the legitimate interest of the Controller will be retained until the satisfaction of that interest.
