Scheduled Emails

Scheduled emails are a feature available from the business plan upwards. This feature allows you to set up emails containing reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis to be sent to you or to your admins and users.

How to set a scheduled email

First of all to set a scheduled email you need at least one Report as the scheduled emails are based on existing reports already set up. Once you have at leas one report you can visit 'Settings > Scheduled emails' and create your first schedule.

After clicking on the ‘add schedule’ button, you will be directed to a page where you can enter your schedule data. Here you can set:

  • Schedule name

  • One or More Reports you want to attach to this email.

  • For each report you can choose the number of entries per table (20 by default).

  • Add a limited number of email for each schedule.

Warning

Make sure to add existing emails to the schedule or you will never receive the email.
